At THREE NAILS, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items with original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
